The app shows no events. Is something wrong?

Events appear only when a competition has been published to the scoring server. Outside of competition weekends the list may be empty — check back on event day.

Scores aren't updating.

The scoreboard refreshes automatically every few seconds while the app is open. If it stalls, check your internet connection, then pull down or reopen the event. On weak venue networks, moving to better coverage usually resolves it.

What is the "Local venue" server option?

At the venue, the scoring computer can serve results directly over the local Wi‑Fi network. Open Settings (gear icon on the Events screen), choose Local venue, and enter the address shown on the scoring computer. The app will ask for Local Network permission the first time — this is required for on‑site scoring and is used for nothing else.

How do Favorites work?

Tap the star next to any athlete to follow them. While the app is open, you'll get on‑screen banners when they're up next, when their score posts, and when their final placement is decided.

Does the app collect my personal data?

No. StickIt LiveScore requires no account and collects no personal data. It only reads publicly published competition results from the scoring server. Favorites and settings are stored on your device only.

Is a score shown in the app official?

Scores shown in the app are live and may be corrected by officials. The scoring system's published final results are authoritative.
